Parent enquiries

If your child already attends one of our centres, the group team knows the day-to-day detail better than the office does — but anything about contracts, fees or a change of place goes through the office so it is recorded in one place.

Management and cooperation enquiries are handled centrally rather than through an individual Kita, so the right people are involved from the start.
Useful to know before you send it: which organisation you represent, the rough scope you have in mind, and the time frame you are working toward. We can then say who inside the company should take it on, and whether a short call is the better next step.
Response times
We aim to reply to messages within a few working days. Enrolment questions during peak periods can take longer, and we would rather tell you that than leave you waiting silently. If your matter is urgent, calling is faster than writing. If it is not urgent, email gives us the details we need to answer properly.
